About this course:
Studio visits are a valuable opportunity to share and speak about your work, get constructive feedback and build new relationships. They can lead to sales, exhibitions, recommendations and life long connections. But they can also be nerve wracking.
When it comes to a studio visit, you can’t control how someone will react to your work in person. But you can create the best possible environment and circumstances for your visitor to appreciate your work and enjoy the experience.
This free course lays out the six steps to successfully prepare for, host and follow up on a professional studio visit, from the perspective of an arts professional who has been on hundreds of visits over the years. Follow these steps and you’ll wow any visitor with your poise, professionalism, preparedness - and most of all your work!
